Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Deposit Forfeiture: Failure to cancel within the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without providing prior notice, the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Deposit Transfer: The 25% deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date and time, subject to availability.

Multiple Reschedules: Excessive rescheduling may result in the loss of online booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy

Service Time Adjustment: If a client arrives late, the service time may be adjusted accordingly to ensure that the appointment can be completed within the scheduled time frame.

Late Arrival Fee: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late arrival fee.

Service Cancellation: In the event of a significant late arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
